What do I get once I sign up?
Once you sign up you are provided a Boxci Computer System configured with your ad message and email database.

How do I setup Boxci?

Plug in Boxci to a wall outlet and connect the internet cable. Turn Boxci on and you are ready to start.
A standard desktop docking station comes with the system. Boxci can also be wall mounted for an even slicker look!

Do I get to keep the Boxci System?

No. Boxci is provided to you as a lease under your contract term.


Do I need to purchase any additional equipment?
No. You only need a power outlet and a standard internet connection.

 

Who sends out the emails to my customers?
We do! You email us the details on your promotion or event and we take care of the rest.

 

Who designs the flier?

You can provide your own flier or we can create one for you at no additional charge.

 

How long does it take to complete a campaign?
We require at least 2 business days from when you send the request and upon approval of the flier we design.

 

How many emails can I collect and send out?

Unlimited! We do not restrict your data collection or emails sent through the Boxci System.

 

Do I get a copy of the email addresses?

Yes. Upon request we can export a Microsoft Excel compatible document and email it to you.

What if I want to change the advertising message on the screen?

No problem. Email us your ad message and we can remotely update your Boxci System.

Who sends the E-Mails and what E-Mail address do you use to deliver my messages?
E-Mails are sent from our servers. We plug in your E-Mail address so your customers see that the E-Mail is coming from you.
